Staff Structure

All staff at our school are dedicated to the well-being, welfare and discipline of all children in our care. They are well-trained and very motivated, with a high commitment to team work. All staff contribute to the school’s vision, and make valuable decisions about the development path taken by the school. If you need to discuss issues about your child’s education or welfare, their class teacher will be pleased to help you.

The Governors believe our staff to be the school’s biggest resource and organise the school’s budget to allow the highest ratio of staff to children as possible.

The Headteacher is responsible for managing the school. In her absence the deputy-head has overall responsibility and in the absence of both the head and deputy, the Leadership Team member has overall responsibility.

All staff are given job descriptions on appointment. This sets out the roles and responsibilities of each member of staff. Job descriptions are reviewed annually as part of performance management and professional development discussions.
